JACKIE LAPPIN
DESIGN
About
Jackie Lappin, founder and owner of Jackie Lappin Design, was born and raised on the Northshore of Boston, Massachusetts. One of her earliest influences in interior design was her grandmother, Mimi, who filled her home with pieces from travels all over the world, while managing a seemingly perfect fusion of eclectic modernism and traditional timelessness.
After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2023, Jackie moved to Austin, Texas, where she gained valuable experience working for a local artist and remotely for a boutique residential interior design firm in Chicago, Illinois. Currently, Jackie is pursuing a degree from the New York School of Interior Design while working for a reputable residential interior design firm with offices in Austin and Houston. These opportunities have provided Jackie with hands-on experience in architecture, remodels, and redecorating, allowing her to deepen her knowledge of the design industry.
Jackie founded her namesake firm with a mission to help clients bring their visions to life, creating beautiful and functional spaces that feel like home. Whether assisting with a friend’s room refresh, a client’s redesign, or even arranging a bouquet of flowers, Jackie channels the artistry of her grandmother while adding her own unique flair.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail and creative eye, Jackie skillfully combines patterns, textures, and colors to craft spaces that feel both curated and collected. Her design style draws inspiration from the world around her, often reflecting Coastal, Western, and Caribbean influences. While Jackie loves adding whimsical pops of personality to her designs, she is always grounded by a commitment to classic and timeless aesthetics.
